EZ Junk Removal loads, hauls and disposes of unwanted items from homes, businesses and job sites. The services we offer are listed on this website. We schedule each job by phone or through our contact form, and we confirm the details with you before the work begins.

Pricing and Estimates

Prices on this website are starting prices. The final price depends on the size, weight and type of the job, and on access to the items. We agree on the final price with you before we start the work. Discounts that this website lists, such as military and senior discounts and the dump pass discount, apply as stated when you book.

Booking and Scheduling

• Our hours are Monday to Sunday, 8am to 10pm.
• A pickup time is an estimate. We call you if our arrival time changes.
• Please tell us as early as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Your Responsibilities

When you book a pickup, you agree to:

• Give us accurate details about the items, the amount and the location
• Make sure that you own the items or have the right to have them removed
• Give our crew safe access to the items, such as clear paths, open gates and working elevators
• Remove valuables, important papers and personal data from the items before pickup
• Tell us about anything that is fragile, sensitive or that you want to keep

Items We Do Not Take

We do not haul hazardous waste. This includes paint, solvents, pesticides, fuel, motor oil, propane tanks, car batteries, pool chemicals, asbestos, medical waste and sharps, ammunition and explosives. We do not perform biohazard cleanup, mold remediation or asbestos abatement. We may refuse any item or job that we consider unsafe, unlawful or outside our services.

Disposal

We take items to disposal sites, recyclers and donation outlets. We cannot promise that any item will be donated or recycled. Once we remove an item, it becomes ours to dispose of.

Property and Damage

Our crew takes care when moving items through your property. Please tell us about fragile floors, narrow doorways and other risks before we start. If our crew damages your property, contact us promptly so we can review it with you.

Website Use

The content on this website is for general information about our services. You agree not to misuse the website, to try to disrupt it or to submit false information through our contact form.

Limit of Liability

To the extent that the law allows, EZ Junk Removal is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that arise from the use of this website or from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount that you paid us for the job that the claim relates to.
